Payment & Refund

Payments for Studio Voyagebrook services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on voyagebrook.world.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from studio@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Finland norms.
• Hours for payment questions at Studio Voyagebrook: Tue–Fri 10:00–18:00. Site reference this site, desk Hämeenkatu 58.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact studio@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Tampere unless otherwise stated.

Seasonal framing shop queues shift; we still confirm payment in writing and we keep Finland holiday closures noted on the door card. Door updates for voyagebrook post before opening when hours shift

We keep payment paced so framing shop finishing quality stays steady with framing shop tools staged only after the brief is agreed. Receipts are available on request.
